If the top people in their dorm are eligible for a dorm switch then the bottom person in the dorm should have to duel the top person in the lower dorm for a promotion/demotion.

Well i mean eventually, there will only be Blue dorm if theres only promotions, so like: The lowest in Blue faces the highest in yellow and the lowest in yellow faces the highest in red. It makes sense
